Qlovaro is a dropshipping and fulfillment app that enables merchants to select products for fulfillment directly through Qlovaro. Once selected, Qlovaro manages inventory, packaging, and shipping directly to the merchant’s customers. The App integrates with Shopify to streamline order processing and fulfillment operations.
Qlovaro only collects data necessary to operate and provide its core features, including store, order, and product details required for fulfillment. We do not sell or share merchant or customer data with any third parties except as needed for order fulfillment or compliance with legal obligations.
We follow Shopify’s Partner and App Store privacy requirements, as well as GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. All data transmitted between your Shopify store and Qlovaro is encrypted. Merchants can request data deletion by uninstalling the app or contacting our support team.
Merchants are responsible for ensuring that their use of Qlovaro complies with Shopify’s Terms of Service and applicable laws. Merchants must review and approve products before fulfillment begins. Qlovaro is not liable for errors caused by incorrect product selection or store configuration.
Qlovaro strives to maintain continuous and reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales, data loss, or delays caused by third-party services or system errors.
Merchants may uninstall the App at any time from their Shopify admin. Upon uninstallation, Qlovaro will delete or anonymize all associated store data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law. We may suspend access if the App is misused or violates these Terms.
We may update this Policy and Terms periodically to reflect operational or legal changes. Any updates will take effect once posted in the App or on our official site. Continued use of Qlovaro after updates means you accept the revised terms.
